Function of human ZNF581currently is unknown, it was predicted to have transcription regulation activity. ZNF581 mRNA was dominantly expressed in Astrocytes, CD14+ monocytes and CD34+ cells. Full-length human ZNF581 (197 aa) gene was constructed with 15 aa N-terminal T7 tag and expressed in E.coli as inclusion bodies, refolded using our unique “temperature shift inclusion body refolding” technology and chromatographically purified. |
