Recombinant Human FBLN2 Protein

Product Name: Recombinant Human FBLN2 Protein
Catalog #:  HRP-1100
Manufacture:  LD Biopharma, Inc.
Intruduction:

Human Fibulin-2 (FBLN2) gene encodes an extracellular matrix protein, which belongs to the fibulin family. This protein binds various extracellular ligands, such as fibronectin and calcium. It may play a role during organ development, in particular, during the differentiation of heart, skeletal and neuronal structures. Recent data also indicated that human FBLN2 has an important tumor-suppressive and anti-angiogenic role in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).

Full-length mature human FBLN2 cDNA (28–1184aa, isoforms-b, derived from BC051690) was constructed with codon optimization and expressed with a small T7-His-TEV cleavage site Tag (29aa) fusion at its N-terminal. This protein is expressed in E.coli as inclusion bodies. The final product was refolded using our unique “temperature shift inclusion body refolding” technology and chromatographically purified.
